Funding Programmes for German Courses
IKI Vienna is in close contact with various organisations which provide financial support for German courses.
How does it work?
We put together a cost estimate for your German course or your German exam and assist you in submitting it to the appropriate funding agency such as the AMS, WAFF, or ÖIF. If funding for your course or exam is approved, the course fees are either partially or wholly paid by the respective cooperation partners.
As soon as the approval for the cost coverage is at hand, we will reserve your place in our next course.
For the cost estimate, we require the following:
- Address with postal code
- Social insurance number
- Placement test
The placement test helps us to find the appropriate German course for you. You can take the test in our office anytime here online.
You can pick up the cost estimate in our office. Our office is open Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00am to 6.00pm and Fridays until 4.00pm
The following German courses may receive funding:
What partners offer such support?
This continued education fund supports working people with their continued education and/or professional development.
This labour market service organisation finances continued education courses for people currently looking for work.
The Austrian Integration Fund supports immigrants with the integration in Austria. For one thing, there is the blue integration certificate for non-EU citizens who would like to have permanent residence in Austria. Apart from that, the ÖIF offers financial support for professional further education.
